Charlotte Jones - Registered Dietitian

Charlotte Jones is Registered Dietitian (RD) with a passion for helping people live healthier lifestyles through food and nutrition. Her positive mindset helps clients achieve optimal health through individual lifestyle and food preferences. (Growing up on a farm in Midland, Ontario where her family raises beef and chickens, she still helps with her family’s large vegetable garden. ) Charlotte has a passion for eating local and personal experience with the farm to table movement. She also loves experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes.
